Role Overview :
We are seeking a talented and visionary Associate Creative Director to lead our creative team. As the Associate Creative Director, you’ll shape our brand identity, drive innovation, and elevate our creative output across various channels.
Responsibilities :
1. Brand Strategy and Vision :
a. Develop and communicate a compelling brand vision.
b. Align creative efforts with business goals and target audience.
2. Creative Leadership :
a. Lead a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives.
b. Set the creative direction for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
3. Conceptualization and Ideation :
a. Generate fresh ideas and innovative concepts.
b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
4. Design Excellence :
a. Ensure high-quality design across digital, print, and multimedia.
b. Review and provide feedback on visual assets.
5. Campaign Execution :
a. Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns.
b. Monitor performance metrics and iterate as needed.
6. Collaboration :
a. Work closely with marketing, product, and UX teams.
b. Foster a collaborative and creative culture.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and brand work.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in design software and industry trends.
