Join us and be a key player in ensuring the reliability and performance of our services, working with cutting-edge cloud technologies.You will be working closely with team members to build, maintain, optimize and develop new products and services for our internal customers. Teams regularly work collaboratively to share experience, knowledge, and insight on existing and bleeding edge technologies. Contributors need to be comfortable collaborating closely and regularly with teammates and product customer groups. The ability to transition from legacy technology to modern services with clear and controlled methods, minimizing impact and performance to production systems is a key component. Clear and thorough documentation on process and technology is required to ensure developed technology can be properly maintained and supported by external teams.Tech Stack : Orchestration : Kubernetes (EKS / AKS), AWS : ECS / FargateIaC : TerraformPublic Clouds : AWS, AzureCI / CD : GitHub Actions, ArgoCDLanguages : Python, BashOther : AWX / Ansible, Packer, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Docker, GitAs a member of our team, you’ll work on : Barracuda’s Public cloud infrastructure including its internal Kubernetes cluster(s)Automation and tooling for existing productsMaintenance and improvement of existing products and toolingMonitoring and managing performance and spend for cloud servicesImproving observability across our cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, uptime, and reliability.Building and maintaining effective metrics, logging, and monitoring solutions, using tools like Prometheus, ELK, and other observability frameworks to provide actionable insights and proactive incident management.Building and maintaining CI / CD pipelines to automate deployment, testing, and release of software and infrastructure changes. You will work closely with development teams to streamline the delivery process using tools such as GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.What you bring to the role : 2+ years public cloud experienceAutomation and scripting experience with Python, Bash, and / or other languagesA strong ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems, taking full ownership of incidents and follow-through on resolutions2+ years Kubernetes experience preferredHands-on experience with observability tools and practices, including metrics collection, centralized logging, monitoring, and application performance monitoring (APM).
