What success looks like in this role :
- Support to the Service Manager; daily client interaction; analyzing client requests and queries; support to the ACOL team.
- Business Analysis responsibilities that include but not limited to documentation, creating workflows, change requests, liaising with developers, testers, and business teams, tracking communications in Jira, monitoring and communicating incidents.
You will be successful in this role if you have :
University degree or equivalent education and experience.Minimum of 3-5+ years relevant business analysis experience.Ability to support multiple clients / technologies as part of shared support delivery.Must be client focused, display interpersonal skills and be an effective team member.Ability to train and develop staff and / or client.Please note that this position requires candidates that are local to Halifax and to work onsite 3 days per week. The salary range for this role is $65k-69k CAD.LI-JH1
