With operations spanning over 200 locations, Vestis is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for our Cleanroom facility in Oakville, Ontario.

The Role

The Quality Assurance Supervisor will support the Cleanroom’s Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations. The role focuses on enforcing quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the production and service teams to meet customer expectations. This position will supervise Quality Assurance Technicians and Inspectors to uphold quality performance metrics and manage environmental monitoring programs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee Cleanroom process and environmental monitoring to meet compliance standards.
  • Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with ISO 9001 and other regulatory standards.
  • Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure quality.
  • Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions in collaboration with service teams.
  • Assist in hosting internal and customer audits and maintaining documentation for compliance.
  • Supervise QA Technicians, QA Inspectors, and associated team members, ensuring proper execution of duties.
  • Support production and service teams with quality-related initiatives and issue resolution.
  • Drive process improvements and support validation of equipment and processes.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software.

    • Education and Experience :

  • Experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is required.
  • Post-secondary education (college diploma or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of environmental monitoring and validation processes is a plus.

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid driver’s license for occasional travel to customer sites (
  • Successful completion of background and reference checks.

    • Work Environment & Compensation :

  • Location : Oakville, Ontario, Cleanroom Facility.
  • Schedule : Full-time, day shift, with occasional overtime as required.
  • Compensation : Competitive salary, with benefits including health, dental, paid time off, and RRSP matching.
