Responsibilities :
- Oversee the growth of real estate training and coaching products.
- Establish, streamline, and manage processes, procedures, and programs related to all sales operations and support functions.
- Manage and lead teams who perform a wide range of duties related to the sales process including key messaging, funnels, scripts, presentations, and policies.
- Provide direct management to a growing department of inside and outside sales reps. Conduct outbound phone calls, present and onboard new clients.
- Managing all work activities relating to the sales process
- Identifying and implementing best practices based on our Corporate Values
- Actively recruiting, onboarding, retaining, and developing talent while holding sales reps accountable for results. Managing all employee contracts.
- Resolving sales rep escalated issues; identifying / triage issues; tracking and identifying trends
- Tracking sales activity and ensuring follow-ups through to signing off on all new training contracts
- Setting, tracking, and monitoring metrics; take ownership of KPIs and trends in order to achieve objectives
- Influencing management on decisions related to departmental and functional priorities, schedules, and plans
- Ensuring that processes and plans are integrated with broader business unit strategies
- Growing the client’s training groups across North America within the next 3 years
- Coordinating with the marketing department on sales funnels, CRM lead follow-up, and key messaging
- Working with the client services team to plan social gatherings, events, and quarterly trips.
Qualifications :
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals with a team, with experience presenting solutions in a telephone-based sales environment supported by various methods of correspondence.
You can gain trust and influence decision-makers and have exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Able to manage competing priorities, and can hire, coach, inspire, and guide the work of your team while sharing best practices and supporting repeatable success with manuals and playbooks for current and future employees.
You can foster a goal-oriented team environment by setting and managing KPIs.
- Proficient with CRM, MS Office, and Google Suite. You are highly analytical, develop sales plans, provide reports, clearly articulate forecasts, and explain results.
- Working knowledge of Follow-Up Boss and asset, but not required.
- High level of business acumen, strategic agility, ability to develop others, and influence change
- Ability to onboard a minimum of 80 new Business Accelerator clients in 2024
- Proven track record of strong relationship management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong process skills and attention to detail
- Display ability with a willingness to get on board with new technologies quickly and with ease
- Cold-calling experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A real estate license is not required but real estate experience is an asset
- 7-10 years of directly related experience
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a senior management role.
- Demonstrated success in establishing, leading, and maintaining effective working relationships at the Senior Management level.
