Job opportunities in our Technical Support department
You will assist the users of our various product lines (heating coils, thermostats and other HVAC controls, humidifiers, motors and actuated valves).
This position requires a very deep knowledge of our products and their applications and it seeks to educate and facilitate the installation and troubleshooting of our products around the world.

On a typical day you will
- Design and implement the validation devices and procedures of various electro-mechanical products used in the HVAC industry
- Create test setups and document procedure results
- Resolve complex technical challenges, whether on the aspect of product or subassemblies
- Assist our quality assurance and production departments with their questions, and often collaborate with them to implement improvements
What we look for
Your qualifications
- A solid academic background (Bachelor’s Degree or DEC) in the mechanical, electrical or software field
- A pragmatic and analytical approach you are curious and a creative problem-solver
- Ability to analyze customers’ needs and meet difficult technical challenges and tight deadlines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
