Achievements And Stimulating Challenges

We are looking for a qualified Continuous Integration Analyst to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing continuous integration and deployment pipelines. Reporting to the DevOps team leader within the Information Systems department, the candidate will interact with OPAL‑RT's development teams to identify opportunities for CI/CD process improvements, help resolve incidents encountered with pipelines, and produce training guides for developers.

Principal Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze ongoing integration and deployment pipelines to proactively identify and resolve incidents.
• Monitor pipeline performance indicators, providing regular analysis to the relevant teams.
• Gather and analyze feedback from internal users to ensure their satisfaction and the continuous improvement of CI/CD processes.
• Communicate clearly and regularly to internal customers the status of pipelines, current incidents and planned improvements.
• Coordinate a rapid response to pipeline incidents (MACTT).
• Document recurring problems, analyze trends and propose concrete improvement actions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize pipeline efficiency and reliability through data analysis and user feedback (optimization of build and test times, etc.).
• Develop and maintain clear documentation and user guides for CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide regular pipeline stability reports and analysis summaries to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Good command of the Python language, as well as Groovy.
• Proven experience with Jenkins and Git in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with the Grafana stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, etc.).
• French required, excellent written and spoken skills.
• English required for interaction with other internal teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide effective day‑to‑day support to development teams.
• Proactivity in resolving continuous integration needs.

Beneficial Extra Skills

• Knowledge of Java and/or C++.
• Experience with Matlab/Simulink or Vivado.
• Understanding and use of Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) concepts.
