Adjointe, Ressources humaines contrat de 3 mois avec possibilité de prolongation

Notre client est un cabinet d'affaires d’envergure , fondé il y a plus de 160 ans , qui occupe une place de premier plan sur la scène juridique canadienne et internationale.

Présent au cœur du centre-ville de Montréal, il déploie également ses activités à l’échelle mondiale grâce à des bureaux aux États-Unis, au Royaume‑Uni ainsi que dans les grandes villes canadiennes.

Notre client est à la recherche d’une Adjointe, Ressources humaines pour se joindre à son équipe RH du bureau de Montréal dans le cadre d’un contrat de 3 mois avec possibilité de prolongation . Relevant de la direction principale des ressources humaines, ce rôle joue un rôle clé de soutien administratif dans les opérations RH quotidiennes, au sein d’un environnement professionnel exigeant et bilingue.

VOTRE CONTRIBUTION AU SEIN DE L’ÉQUIPE

Volet général

  • Communiquer occasionnellement avec différents fournisseurs
  • Fournir à la direction du cabinet l’information relative au taux d’occupation du bureau de Montréal
  • Compléter des rapports de dépenses et traiter des factures diverses (ex. : paniers cadeaux, fleurs, agences de recrutement, etc.)
  • Préparer et maintenir à jour différents fichiers Excel (ex. : rapports variés, fichiers de suivi, calendriers, liste d’anniversaires et autres)
  • Coordonner et assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers de tous les membres du cabinet (vérifications BackCheck, embauches, changements de statut, départs)
  • Assurer la liaison entre les bureaux de Toronto et Montréal pour toutes questions relatives à la paie et aux avantages sociaux
  • Effectuer les entrées pour les absences dans le SIRH
  • Effectuer le classement électronique des dossiers d’employés dans notre système de gestion documentaire

Salaire horaire : 28 $ à 30 $ / heure

Horaire de 35 heures par semaine

Poste 100 % en présentiel

Bureau situé à Place Ville Marie , au centre-ville de Montréal

Diplôme d’études collégiales

1 à 2 ans d’expérience pertinente en ressources humaines ou en administration

Bilinguisme requis : français et anglais (oral et écrit)

Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel
