TRIUMFs diverse community of nearly 600 multidisciplinary researchers engineers technicians tradespeople staff and students create a unique incubator for Canadian excellence as well as a portal to premier global collaborations. As a member of the Human Resources team your primary function will be to create effective engaging and accessible learning experiences and manage end-to-end learning design projects from analysis to implementation and evaluation. This involves applying principles of instructional design educational psychology and technology to support learners in achieving specific outcomes.

This role is responsible for the design development and implementation of learning content at TRIUMF supporting technical safety and behavioural needs.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Curriculum and Instructional Design

• Conducting needs assessments to identify learning gaps and recommend effective solutions
• Develop learning objectives aligned with organizational or educational goals.
• Design course structures lesson plans and assessments.
• Select appropriate instructional strategies (e.g. active learning blended learning).

Applicants must be legally able to work in Canada on a permanent basis (Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident).

Salary : $74630 per annum plus our comprehensive employer-paid benefits and pension plan.

Onsite / Remote : We use a hybrid model designed to offer flexibility and work-life balance. This position could allow the incumbent to work up to 50% time remotely.
