As a Field Manager for a Beverage Sampling client, you will be instrumental in the successful planning, training and execution of national retail sampling events.
You’re “hands on” approach will be required to provide training to a team of brand ambassadors, manage a team of coordinators and complete client reporting and analytics. You will build relationships based on trust, innovation and the delivery of consistent results that meet or exceed expectations.
Responsibilities include :
- Management of 4 Regional Coordinators
- Development and Delivery of Launch and Ongoing Training Sessions
- Weekly and monthly client program reporting
- Collaborating with internal and external recruitment and staffing solutions
- Building regional schedules
- Onsite event management
- Liaison and coordination with third-party Vendors
- Strong orientation to identifying and maintaining operational best practices
- Coordinate team efforts in the recruiting, training and ongoing development of high-performance field team
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications :
Outgoing, friendly, sense of team spirit, confident2-4 years’ experience in retail event management, national in store sampling campaigns or comparable experienceExcellent organizational and project management skillsTraining experience – development and deliveryAgency experience is an assetAlcohol Beverage experience is an assetExperience and understanding of the experiential marketing industryHighly adaptable; Ability to handle high stress situations and utilize problem solving techniques to find the best solutionsClient service orientated with an ability to build strong and productive working relationshipsStrong attention to detail, meticulous follow up with all partnersUse of a vehicle to attend meetings and activationsAbility to work flexible hours including overnight travel and evenings and weekends may be requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint with capabilities of building presentations and working decks and ability to work in a digital work environmentPast team lead experience working with a team of 5 -10 people and having direct reports
