Responsibilities

• Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures and equipment.
• Perform welding tasks under supervision using various processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).
• Prepare, clean, and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow drawings, blueprints, and specifications to meet project requirements.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
• Learn and apply new welding techniques and practices through on-the-job training.
• Support journeyperson welders and supervisors with day-to-day project needs.
