Job Description

Base Salary: 52,500 $ + Participation aux bénéfices. Full‑time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package and profit‑sharing opportunity. Successful candidates may be required to relocate across Canada; relocation assistance is provided.

Program Outline

• Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service – Build product knowledge and gain hands‑on experience with logistics, shipping, receiving, counter sales, order management, inventory control, credit management, and financial statements.
• Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement – Transition from customer service to managing large‑scale projects, reading blueprint drawings, and creating material quotes.
• Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales – Focus on business development: discover new opportunities, sell products, negotiate contracts, expand the customer base, and build level‑5 partnerships.
• Phase 4: Leadership and Operations – Deliver a strategic vision, lead a team, mentor others, manage operations, develop leadership competencies, and set vision and strategy.

Upon completion of the four phases, you will be ready to become a manager at one of EMCO’s Canadian Profit Center locations.
