Based in Huntsville ON theCivil Engineering Technicianwill have a wide range of duties assisting in all aspects of Engineering project delivery with a focus on Civil and Water Resources Engineering. This position runs from May-August 2026.

What Youll Do:
As part of the TULLOCH Engineering team you will:

• Assist with preparation of plans proposals specifications supporting documents reports and permit applications
• Support stormwater management design and other aspects of Water Resources management projects
• Work in a team to develop Site Plan preparation documents including site services grading drainage and stormwater management
• Assist with civil engineering design for municipal infrastructure
• Work in a team on Subdivision development projects
• Support construction inspections on various projects

What You Should Bring:
The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a relevant field of study (Civil Engineering Water Resources). Additionally you should have:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD is considered an asset
• Knowledge of OttHymo MIDUSS Rational Method etc. is considered an asset
• Experience in the use of Total Station and GPS Survey Equipment is considered an asset
• High motivation with results-oriented focus
• Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Valid Class G drivers licence
