This job is Mississauga based.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Conduct thorough quality inspections on products to ensure adherence to established standards and specifications.
Develop and implement quality control procedures, protocols, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any quality-related issues promptly.
Utilize various testing methods and equipment to assess product performance and reliability.
Document and maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and any quality-related incidents.
Provide clear and concise reports on quality control findings to management and stakeholders.
Continuously monitor production processes to proactively identify areas for improvement and optimize quality outcomes.
Train and educate staff on quality control processes and procedures to promote a culture of quality excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in quality control within a similar industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of quality assurance principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality-related issues effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow established procedures.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey quality control findings and recommendations.

Proficient in using quality control tools and software applications.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and independent.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
