Confident communicator who is able to explain technical terms to non-technical audiences and mentor junior colleagues
Demonstratable end-to-end experience in Data Engineering, including large-scale projects
Experience turning business use cases into technical solutions and experience in business process mapping for data and analytics solutions
Ability to conduct data profiling, cataloging, and mapping
Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL DW, and Azure SQ, experience with Git / TFS / VSTS and mastery of .NET C# and T-SQL; familiarity with U-SQL
Demonstrable end-to-end experience in Data Engineering, strong team collaboration skills, experience working with remote teams and experience leading large development teams and large-scale projects

Have a minimum of 10 years of demonstrable experience across the advanced analytics space

Have proven experience running multi-million-dollar projects and you enjoy interacting with clients and building strong relationships

Are as a steadfast mediator between the business and the team and you possess masterful negotiation and relationship-building skills and can communicate priorities and expectations clearly and concisely, remaining open to team opinions, while also being confident in making decisions

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Analyze current business practices and identify future opportunities

Support data design services and perform needs assessments

Deliver architectures for data transformations and modernizations

Design and build data pipelines, streams, and service APIs

Develop and maintain data warehouse schematics and databases

Implement effective metrics and monitoring processes
