Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline 3 to 5 years’ experience working with networking, IT, and public cloud deployments. Experience working with video broadcast technologies is required. Experience with RESTful APIs is a significant advantage. Programming experience in C and C++ for Windows and Linux environments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements to understand their specific needs.
- Provide technical guidance and demonstrate solutions to support customer success.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of technical challenges.
- Develop and maintain software applications using C++ and Restful APIs to showcase the capabilities of the Matrox development platforms.
- Lead client training workshops and deliver technical presentations to educate and support OEMs.
- Represent the company at trade shows and visit OEM sites to gain firsthand insights into customer requirements.
