The Opportunity

The Loss Prevention Administrator provides day‑to‑day administrative and operational assistance in coordinating, tracking and processing inspections to reduce claim frequency and severity, supporting the overall financial performance of Nova Mutual.

This position ensures that inspection requests are handled efficiently, reports are accurate and timely, and communication between Nova Mutual teams, field inspectors, and policy holders is smooth and professional. It requires strong organizational skills, professional phone etiquette, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. This is a hybrid position, and the role holder would be required to work from our Jarvis office 2‑3 times weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and assign loss inspection requests to appropriate loss prevention inspectors
• Monitor the progress of inspection assignments to ensure timely completion and quality standards are met
• Collect, review and upload inspection reports, photos and supporting documents into company system (MIRA360 and CHRP)
• Send out Risk Improvement Reports on behalf of Nova and follow up on requirements
• Collaborate with underwriters, loss prevention inspectors, claims adjusters and policy holders on open cases as needed
• Assist in developing and implementing loss prevention process improvements
• Attend quarterly sessions with all departments present to continually enhance Loss Prevention
