Public Works - Water and Wastewater Engineering Services

Status : Regular Full Time

Salary Range : Non Union Salary Band L; $147496 per annum - $184370 per annum (plus comprehensive benefits and vacation accrual)

Hiring Range : $147496 per annum -$165933 per annum

Work Mode : Hybrid; 2 on-site days per week which can increase based on operational needs

Hours of work : 35 Hours per week

Reporting to : Director Water and Wastewater Engineering Services

Team Structure : In this role you will manage a team of 7 including a Program Manager 4 Project Managers Technical Analyst and Financial Coordinator

A satisfactory Level 1 Criminal Record Check obtained directly from a police station (third-party background checks will not be accepted).

Skills / Abilities :

Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with external and internal clients co-ordinate works and provide leadership in project assignments.

Previous leadership experience

Able to articulate vision motivate and inspire others

Work Mode & Job Location :

In this role youll benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes meaningful in-person connection. A minimum of two days per week on-site is expected with additional in-person presence as operational needs evolve. This arrangement allows for a blend of in person and hybrid work that adapts to support both organizational priorities and employee flexibility and is subject to change over time.

Its important to note that your off-site work location must be within the province of Ontario. This ensures that were compliant with all regulations and policies.
