Develops expertise, best practices and standards, ensuring consistency within and across all Product Groups. Promotes integration with Senior Product Owners, Product Owners and Product Group Leaders, based on best practices of Procut Management

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Business Strategy / Strategic Vision

• As an agile leader, he / she provides an environment for personal and professional development and continuous learning for IT&Data Americas members through a combination of coaching, feedback, and mentoring.
• Understands a wide range of Agile techniques, frameworks and ways of working and their potential evolution, overviews and promotes the skills roadmap
• Manages a variety of workforce vendors, from sourcing to contracting.

Contributes to deliver value by designing the right strategy around skills and talent needed in the organization.

Process & Projects

• Agile Framework and delivery model
• Coaching on senior leaders of IT&Data Americas organization
• Develop Product Management skills across IT&DATA Americas organization

Managerial complexity

Directly manages Scrum Masters and indirectly agile chapter community
