We are a dynamic and growing marketing company in Toronto seeking an enthusiastic and organised Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our marketing campaigns and client projects. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and coordinating day-to-day marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Support event preparation, including promotional material coordination and logistics
  • Help create and schedule marketing content across social media, email, and print platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and help compile data and insights for reports
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Maintain inventory of promotional items and assist with ordering supplies
  • Work closely with senior marketing staff to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope
  • Attend marketing events and activations in support roles when required

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong interest in marketing, events, and communications
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design or CRM tools is a plus
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
