As the Change Management Consultant, you will support various changes and initiatives.

How you will create impact :

Contributing to the development of change management and readiness strategies by applying a disciplined approach, including maintaining the impact matrix, conducting assessments, identifying gaps, communicating recommendations, and collaborating with stakeholders on transition plans.

Participating in workshops and meetings to identify impact risks, anticipate issues and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.

Reporting on change and readiness progress, identifying issues and facilitating solutions in conjunction with business partners, including adoption measures related to business outcomes.

Facilitating, identifying, and recommending actions and activities to drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes.

Partnering with stakeholders to ensure effective integration of the program and collaboration across business areas

You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions.

You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues.

To join our team :

You have 2-4 years of experience in change management and / or other relevant experience.

You have a post-secondary degree in Business or a related discipline.

You have expert knowledge of effective facilitation and presentation tools and methodologies.

Having a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Change Management Institute (CMI) accreditation or Prosci's Change Management certification is an asset.

  • Proficiency in English is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority non-francophone clients, groups, teams. Drafting complex English documents and preparing daily reports for anglophone leaders. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.
