Job description

Works in partnership with Strategic Analytic Consultants (SAC)’s to analyze current processes, future requirements and the gaps that exist between current information system capabilities and future requirements.

Supports a range of projects that involve objective and comprehensive business analytics, data analysis, research, business process reviews / re-engineering and management reporting and for providing recommendations.

Supports SAC’s in enhancing and optimizing Workday configurations in improving processes and enabling them through use of the Workday platform and automation.

Documents business processes, business scenarios, detailed business requirements.

Develops testing strategies, including writing and coordination of test script execution within Workday.

Supports business process development, setup modifications, integrations, security, and overall maintenance of Workday.

Creates and maintains simple system configuration and troubleshooting of business processes.

Assist with bi-annual releases, including analysis of impacts of new functionality, testing, integrations and cross-functional up and downstream analysis.

Prepares in depth business and analytical reports.

Synthesizes and consolidates complex information into succinct and meaningful written and verbal management reporting, leveraging productivity tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Works cross-functionally to develop management productivity tools such as dashboards, apps, reports etc. in order to improve operational performance.

Triages, assesses, prioritizes, and resolves Workday end-user tickets and provides Tier 1 ITSM coverage on as needed basis.

Partners with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues related to engagement, adoption, sustainment, and continuous improvement.

Analyzes, troubleshoots, and diagnoses root causes and applies appropriate solutions to restore end-user issues.

Develops Tier 0 / 1 content materials to enhance knowledge base and keep information accurate and current; prepares and maintains service centre documentation is accordance with prescribed standards.

What you must have :

Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role includes system support, analysis, and ERP implementation.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Superior analytical, problem-solving and system analysis skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with intermediate knowledge of Excel.

Experience working in customer service environments.

Experience with an ITSM and JIRA system is an asset.

Experience working with integrated corporate HRIS such as Workday or similar cloud-based ERP preferred.

Salary / Rate Range : $88,312 to $91,992
