Senior Interior Designer

As a Senior Interior Designer at Madison Taylor Design, you will lead the design and execution of luxury residential and commercial interior projects, overseeing every phase from concept to completion. We are looking for a highly skilled designer with 10+ years of experience who excels in developing detailed construction drawing packages and has a passion for designing large-scale, high-end projects. You will collaborate closely with the architecture, landscape, and project management teams to ensure cohesive design integration and exceptional project outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership : Lead the design of luxury residential and commercial interior projects, creating innovative and sophisticated design concepts that reflect the client’s vision and the firm’s commitment to excellence.
• Project Execution : Oversee the development of design concepts through to final construction, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained across all phases of the project.
• Detailed Construction Drawings : Take responsibility for developing detailed construction drawing packages, ensuring that all technical and design details are accurately represented for contractors and other project teams.
• Collaboration : Work closely with architectural designers, landscape designers, and decorators to ensure seamless integration of interior design with architectural, landscape and furniture / décor elements, creating a cohesive and holistic design experience.
• Client Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and guiding them through design decisions, offering expert advice, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Mentorship : Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, helping to develop their skills and ensure the success of the team.
• Material and Product Selection : Curate high-quality materials and finishes for luxury spaces, ensuring that every design element aligns with the client’s aesthetic and functional requirements.
