Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and inspire the Brand Ambassador team to achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with WellnessLiving’s business objectives.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the unique features of WellnessLiving’s software solutions.
  • Maintain internal documentation to ensure new hires and existing Brand Ambassadors are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively sell our products.
  • Train Brand Ambassadors to effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions to prospective and existing clients.
  • Ensure that all Brand Ambassadors represent WellnessLiving in a positive and professional manner, maintaining brand integrity and consistency in all customer interactions and presentations.
  • Oversee the management and growth of customer relationships, ensuring that the team provides exceptional service, addresses needs promptly, and fosters long-term loyalty to WellnessLiving’s software solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of individual team members, providing consistent constructive feedback, coaching, and mentorship to ensure growth and improvement.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, team performance, and market trends. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making, refine sales strategies, and optimize the team’s effectiveness.
  • Support the planning and execution of industry events, software demonstrations, and product launches. Ensure that brand ambassadors are well-prepared and equipped to maximize impact and drive sales at these events.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other internal departments to ensure alignment between sales efforts and broader company goals.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. A combination of alternative certifications may be considered.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably with a focus on managing Brand Ambassadors or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for brand representation and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools.
