Job description

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Directorof Sales to lead and drive our sales efforts. This seniorlevel role will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth expand client relationships and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership a deep understanding of the legal services market and the ability to inspire and manage a highperforming sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
  • Lead mentor and manage the sales team fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyse market trends customer needs and competitive offerings to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
  • Set and monitor sales targets KPIs and performance metrics for the team.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts reports and presentations for the executive team.
  • Represent at industry events conferences and client meetings.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of legal services client acquisition and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse and interpret sales data.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Preferred Experience :

  • 7 years of experience in sales with at least 35 years in a leadership position.
  • Previous experience in legal consulting or other professional services is highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing and scaling sales teams in a competitive market.
