Job descriptionDevelop and implement operational strategies that drive business results. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and minimize costs. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on operational performance. Collaborate with other departments to align activities and resources. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Address operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Having a strong business acumen and work ethic is important to succcess. Proven experience in operations management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in relevant software and technology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge and understanding of financial statements.
