Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Strategist to join our dynamic team for a one year contract. This individual will lead innovation strategies, driving research and development initiatives, collaborating across departments, and maintaining a strong client relationship. The R&D Strategist will play a critical role in advancing product roadmaps, gathering customer feedback, and ensuring alignment with market trends.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct industry and market research to identify confirm value opportunities
• Drive projects forward from a user story-based approach, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmaps.
• Develop user-stories
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the R&D team, translating business goals into technical specifications.
• Visit clients on-site to gather feedback and ensure the successful implementation of pilot projects.
• Present insights and findings to senior leadership and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives, ensuring all stages align with business goals.
