Project Coordinator (Industrial)

The Role :

• Support project managers with planning scheduling and day-to-day job coordination
• Assist with organizing job tool lists materials equipment and subcontractor requirements
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including quotes purchase orders work orders and job files
• Coordinate job walks site visits and project launch meetings
• Track project progress timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
• Respond to customer inquiries and communicate updates between the PM site teams and internal departments
• Assist with manpower scheduling and breakdown response coordination
• Gather and verify information for invoicing payroll and project closeout
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers vendors and internal teams
