Salesforce Developer

Position Description :

This hybrid role requires working at our downtown client office (250 Yonge Street Toronto) at least 3 days per week subject to change.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

Actively participate during the requirement phase create development work packages drive solution design and lead project execution in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

Adhere to coding standards and best practices; perform technical design code reviews and development activities (Design Development Unit Testing Development Integrated Testing).

Support and troubleshoot technical issues during development QA system integration / user acceptance testing and production support.

Coach guide and review deliverables from extended offshore team members as applicable.

Provide daily / weekly status updates to the client team in a timely manner.

Role may require on-call production support activities as determined with the client.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

Familiarity with both waterfall and agile SDLC life cycles.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience in Java.

Key Technical Skills :

Salesforce Platform : Apex programming Visualforce & Lightning components SOQL / SOSL API integrations (REST SOAP) Process Builder Salesforce Security Model.

nCino Platform : Data models UI components workflow automation configuration API / integrations.

DevOps & CI / CD : GIT Salesforce DX (SFDX) Jenkins Copado.

Nice to have : Domain knowledge in commercial & retail lending processes.

Salesforce certifications.

Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies applications and systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

Educational qualification : University or college degree in Information Technology.
