Background:

The organization is seeking communication support to strengthen engagement and outreach for programs supporting families and community members. This role will help research key issues, develop communication strategies, and coordinate messaging across multiple stakeholders. The position is essential to improving awareness, accessibility, and collaboration on initiatives that enhance quality of life and organizational well-being..

Tasks:

• Conduct research and analysis on family and community-related issues to support program development and communication strategies.
• Develop and implement communication plans, including social media, newsletters, and web content.
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and outreach activities with partners and community organizations.
• Maintain databases, track program metrics, and monitor the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
• Provide advice and recommendations on communication approaches, messaging, and content strategies.
