Base Salary: $115000$139500

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure and heavy civil projects in the Timmins region. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout with a strong focus on safety schedule cost control and client satisfaction.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on civil construction professional who understands the demands of northern Ontario work and enjoys delivering infrastructure projects that support local communities.

What Youll Do

• Manage civil construction projects from award through completion
  
• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and cost forecasts
  
• Coordinate subcontractors suppliers inspectors and internal field teams
  
• Oversee contract administration change management and progress billing
  
• Lead project meetings and act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants
  
• Ensure compliance with safety quality environmental and regulatory requirements
  
• Support estimating planning and work acquisition efforts as needed

What Were Looking For

• 510 years of experience managing civil construction projects
  
• Background in civil infrastructure such as roads highways earthworks utilities water/sewer or municipal works
  
• Strong understanding of construction means methods and sequencing
  
• Experience working with public-sector owners and consultants
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
