West Coast Dental is a thriving, modern practice on one of Canada's most breathtaking coastlines — and we are looking for a full-time associate ready to plant roots somewhere genuinely special. You're not building a practice from scratch, you're stepping into a practice that is robust, well loved, and already running beautifully.
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week

The Clinical Environment
The clinical scope is as broad as you want, and the technology to support you is serious — iTero intraoral scanner, CBCT 3D imaging, advanced endo capability including molar retreats and calcified canals, implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and more.

About the West Coast of Newfoundland
The west coast of Newfoundland is one of Canada's most spectacular and undersung regions — dramatic fjords, ancient mountains, and a community warmth that's hard to find anywhere else exploring our landscape will make you forget you're in Canada, you'll look around and wonder if you're in Iceland, Ireland, or New Zealand. Gros Mourne National Park is a quick drive and the drive to the airport is quicker, with daily direct flights to Toronto and Halifax.

About You:
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
Valid CPR certification
