Job description
Responsibilities
• Using and maintaining PCL and External client systems to help manage the project.
• Effectively storing documentation and understanding data management for retention, project information/turnover, etc.
• Maintaining inventory levels on commonly ordered material and supplies.
• Expediting orders.
• Performing administrative and/or physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of inventory.
• Practice PCL safety practices.
• Adhoc duties as required.
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
• Currently enrolled in an Engineering specialization in a post-secondary institution.
• Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Maintains a positive working relationship with clients.
• Ability to perform multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Conditions:
• Candidates must have the ability to work flexible hours (exact shift to be determined). In addition, the successful applicant must be able to provide their own CSA approved steel toed boots and be willing to take and pass a Pre-Access Alcohol & Drug Test.
