Our valued client is actively seeking a Senior Snowflake and IICS Developer to support multiple ETL projects for the data migration of Oracle database to Snowflake.

7 month Contract - strong potential for extension. Work environment is hybrid (2 days onsite) in Montreal or Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for utilizing SnowSQL and Python scripting to assist in the migration process, demonstrating proactive, driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with the project team to understand requirements and objectives for migration of Oracle to Snowflake.
• Develop and implement Snowflake solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures in Snowflake to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Create and maintain Python scripts to automate tasks related to data migration and processing.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during the migration process.
