Principle Accountabilities :

Advance knowledge of maintenance management
Monitor work orders (routine & Preventive Maintenance) in a timely manner, prioritize work order assignment and urgencies, follow-up the progress, coordinate the repairs with the Station manager, close the work orders upon completion.
Coordinate facility maintenance and repair services with property management company and / or third-party service providers / vendors.
Coordinate vendors and property management companies to ensure that work requirements and Intelcom’s standards are clearly communicated, and issues resolved.
Follow the Landlord & Tenant responsibilities as per Leases when coordinating routine and preventive maintenance and work orders.
Assist Real Estate Team with reporting, budgeting, financial systems and purchasing and any other reports and tasks.
Coordinate new vendors setup with Procurement and Financial Teams.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Facility management / Real Estate.

Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and French.

Understanding and working knowledge of facilities, building management principles, guidelines, and best practices.

Have excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills, to be able to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paces environment, with a significant number of internal and external stakeholders and with the good sense of urgency.

Ability to maintain composure during difficult situations.
