Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service Associate to join our Portfolio Management firm on a 12-month contract. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the financial services industry while supporting a dynamic team in delivering exceptional client service.
As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, assisting in client communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, well-organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to portfolio managers and other team members.
- Assist with preparing client reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely updates.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Coordinate client meetings and follow up on action items.
- Assist with data entry and other operational tasks as required.
- Support the team in preparing materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Assist with compliance and regulatory documentation.
- Organize and manage filing systems (digital and physical).
- Ensure all internal processes and documentation are kept up-to-date.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degreeStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Previous experience in an administrative or client-facing role is a plus, but not required.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
