- Compensation : Up to $70,000 annual salary + monthly performance bonus
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (on-site)
- Reports to : General Manager as a member of the Senior Management Team
- Team Reports : 4 full-time sales professionals + 1 marketing specialist
- Focus Areas : Wholesales, event sales, direct‑to‑consumer sales, and marketing

The Role
The Sales Manager leads all aspects of sales and marketing at Sea Cider — from strategy and execution to team leadership and customer engagement. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you’ll shape growth initiatives across all sales channels and inspire your team to exceed multi‑million‑dollar sales targets.
Key responsibilities include :
Managing all sales channels : wholesales, on‑site events, and direct‑to‑consumerCoaching and supporting a motivated team of fiveCollaborating with leadership on business development and building brand equityTracking and analyzing performance against sales targetsDriving continuous improvement in revenue and profitabilityYou will receive comprehensive onboarding covering company policies, our sales protocols, departmental management, and cider (of course!). Education :
Required : Serving It Right certificationRequired : Post secondary degree or diploma in management or related fieldExperience :
Required : Experience in beverage wholesales or event salesRequired : At least three years of experience leading teams, managing budgets, and achieving revenue targetsRequired : Proven success in business developmentSkills :
