Job description

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing large volumes of data. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be key in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the information. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that records are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Input, update, and maintain data in our system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Perform data validation and review information to identify errors or discrepancies.
  • Prepare, organize, and file documents for data entry.
  • Generate reports and summaries as required.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and data-related projects.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of data.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and resolution of issues.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data entry is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong typing skills and accuracy with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
