The Millwright is a member of the Maintenance team and as such, participates in team efforts to achieve assigned departmental goals. Working closely with all team members is critical in ensuring maintenance activities are completed correctly and on schedule, according to SOP’s and local regulatory requirements. As a Maintenance Millwright on our team, your primary responsibilities will include examination, troubleshooting, replacement / repair of a wide variety of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components. In addition, you will provide technical support to our production team during runtime hours to ensure optimal functionality of all production equipment within the facility. Utilizing our internal asset management system, your daily downtime routine will include preventative, corrective and facility maintenance. Additional tasks / duties may be required to meet operational demands.

Job Title : Industrial Millwright / Industrial Mechanic (Licensed)

Job Location : Langley, B.C.

Wage : $41.50 to $51.50 hour + $2.00 hour / hour night shift premium (if applicable)

Additional Perks :

• $2.00 per hour for the night premium (9pm to 6am).
• Up to 5% quarterly BTIP bonus based on company targets (ex. $43.50+5%= $45.67 per hour if we hit our targets).

• $600 annual tool allowance (receipts required for reimbursement).
• $170 + tax annual boot allowance (through our vendor only – keep receipts for reimbursement).
• $200 referral bonus for applicable candidates.
• Pension plan, after 1 year Wonderbrands will match up to 2% and it can increase based on age / years of service.
• 2 weeks’ vacation per year to start.
• 5 paid sick days per year.
