Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst is as follows but not limited to :

  • You will partner with the Operations Senior Leadership team and providing guidance on both short- and long-term strategies critical to the organization’s success.
  • Presence “on the floor” will be critical to fully understand the operations such that your guidance is informed and respected within the operations community.
  • You will be the primary financial conduit to North America Supply Chain Leadership based in the US.
  • You will anticipate key marketplace trends and vulnerabilities; develop business plans, budgets, performance targets and policies and represent your respective area of the business on the functional leadership team while focused on generating business results.
  • You will direct the preparations of timely and insightful financial analysis of pertinent information to determine progress against the strategic plan, budget and forecast and ensure the integrity of the financial statements.
  • You'll interpret and review financial and operational results with executive management, including marketplace trends / issues and opportunities to drive actionable responses.
  • You'll drive and monitor the efficient and effective use of working capital and drive improvement and accountability of metrics focused on the P&L and balance sheet.
  • This opportunity also involves overseeing the budgeting process and leading an efficient forecasting process.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with emphasis in finance and accounting
  • 3-5+ years extensive experience in financial analysis, financial / strategic planning, accounting and budgeting
  • Advanced knowledge of strategic planning, budgeting, investment analysis and economic profit analysis
  • Knowledge of GAAP
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with management and external resources
  • Strong knowledge of cross-team collaboration
  • Ability to exercise high degree of professionalism
  • Strong experience working in a large organization
  • CPA designation completed or in progress
