Salary
CA$36.92 / hr - CA$54.14 / hr
Responsibilities
- Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
- Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline workflow.
- Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
Qualifications
Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.Professional liability insurance (as required).1–3+ years of experience.Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Benefits
