Our client is seeking a relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to support and grow an established territory. This role focuses on helping industrial businesses solve equipment and maintenance challenges by supplying bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical power transmission components. You’ll spend most of your time on-site with customers — learning their operations, identifying opportunities, and becoming a trusted technical resource rather than just a vendor.

Compensation & Hours :
Salary range is $90K–$100K / year, with additional incentive compensation based on performance metricsPosition Summary :
Manage and grow an assigned territory through regular in-person customer visitsDevelop new business through prospecting, networking, and referralsIdentify application needs and recommend appropriate motion and power transmission solutionsWork with inside sales and operations to coordinate quotes, orders, and delivery timelinesReview customer equipment and maintenance requirements to uncover upsell opportunitiesPrepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreementsMaintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and sales forecastsRequired Qualifications :
2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (industrial or technical products preferred)Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand equipment or production processesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with strong time management and territory planning abilitiesComfortable reading basic technical drawings or specificationsMust have Class 5 license and a clean driving abstractBonus Points For :
