Truck & Coach Technician

Key Responsibilities :

Inspect,diagnose, maintain, and repair the following systems : Electricaland electronic systemsEnginecomponents (fuel, exhaust, intake, emissions)Transmissions,clutches, axles, and drive shaftsFrames,body structures, trim, and coupling systemsSteeringand suspension (including electronic / computer-controlled components)Tires,wheels, hubs, and alignmentHydraulicand air brake systemsHVACand refrigeration systems (where applicable)Troubleshootcomplex mechanical and electronic issues and determine required repairsCommunicaterepair requirements and timelines clearly with supervisors and clientsPerformpreventative maintenance and recommend additional services when neededAccuratelycomplete work orders, documenting labor hours, parts used, and detailedservice notesMaintaina clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollowall company health, safety, and PPE protocolsWorkcollaboratively with fellow technicians and support the team as neededDeliverhigh-quality workmanship with a focus on customer service andprofessionalism

Qualifications :

• Licensed Truck and Coach Technician (310T)
• Working towards 310T Red Seal considered an asset. (Level 3 Apprentice or higher preferred)
• Strongdiagnostic and computer-based troubleshooting skills
• Validdriver’s license
• Proficientin reading and writing in English (French / English bilingualism is anasset)
