Summary of the opportunity

Client Overview : We are seeking a Research Operations Program Manager to build and scale global research programs, strengthen the impact of our UX Research team, and enable researchers to do their most impactful work.

Role Summary :

As a Research Operations Program Manager, you will manage and build operational processes and programs within the Participant Management team.

You will work closely with Research Program Managers to enable the UX Research team's best work, strategic planning, and problem-solving operational hurdles.

What are the key responsibilities?

• Manage centralized systems and processes for participant recruitment and liaise with external recruitment companies.
• Maintain and grow our Customer Programs.
• Track and manage administration of licenses for software.
• Manage preferred suppliers list and licensing of tools in collaboration with procurement, legal, and finance colleagues.
• Document standard operating procedures, including data security and compliance.
• Manage data and access to data within tools, including customer information.
• Manage the library of best practice templates and guides.
• Help maintain the user needs framework and library of research insights.
• Develop a system to track and manage the research backlog for the team.
• Assist the Design Research Manager with budgets and resources.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Design, and Content colleagues to ensure organizational alignment.
• Develop and track operational key quality and performance indicators.
• Leverage data to drive operations improvements.
• Create and execute strategic programs to optimize team efficiency.
• Drive participant management process improvements and workflow optimizations.
• Predict obstacles and establish solutions.
• Manage and prioritize multiple Participant Management Infrastructure projects and programs.
• Partner with Research Managers to find resources and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Research Team and cross-functional partners to refine recruiting processes, programs, and vendors.

• MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications :
• 4+ years of relevant program or project management experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with independent time management and task prioritization.
• Strong communication skills for driving change with stakeholders.
• Track record of operating independently, embracing ambiguity, and delivering results in an organized manner.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio or other process mapping software).
• Familiarity with UX Research field and participant recruiting methods.
• Experience in an operations role.
• Preferred Skills and Qualifications :
• Experience with UX research or design tools.
• Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and build relationships with peers and stakeholders.
