Learning Developer, 6-Month Contract

Description

As the Learning Developer you will be integral part of the Learning & Talent team, driving innovative solutions to support our company's diverse operations by identifying and addressing their unique learning and development needs. You will Design and deliver engaging, learner focused training materials like courses, videos, and guides. Collaborating closely with Learning Specialists on the team and with Subject Matter Experts across Ledcor. This role allows you to make a lasting difference, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth within the organization. Essential Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and update eLearning programs, courses, and instructional materials across diverse formats (e.g., interactive modules, video tutorials, infographics, and microlearning)
• Incorporate learner feedback to continuously improve and optimize learning solutions
• Ensure all content aligns with adult learning principles, company branding, and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Learning Specialists to gather insights and ensure accuracy, engagement, and alignment with operational goals
• Manage an efficient review process to maintain high content quality and accuracy
• Communicate project timelines, milestones, and progress clearly and effectively to stakeholders
• Provide end-to-end project coordination support, including tracking milestones, updating schedules, and reporting on progress
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, adjusting timelines to ensure on-time delivery
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities
• Develop design documents, scripts, and storyboards grounded in instructional design best practices
• Measure and evaluate learning effectiveness and learner engagement to drive continuous improvement
