Front Desk Manager

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the gym.
• Provide security and control to the front door area of the facility.
• Register all guests into the gym using proper registration procedures.
• Ensure that guests and appointments are directed to the appropriate employee / department in a prompt, professional manner.
• Answer phone in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
• Distribute keys, towels and other materials as needed.
• Process retail and concession sales.
• Maintain the front desk and related operations.
• Create and maintain accurate spreadsheets.
• Ensure staff is following company policies and procedures.
• Lead the front desk with confidence.
