Your mission should you accept it :

The Site Logistics Coordinator takes care of allconstruction equipment on site for the project to which he or she has beenassigned. The incumbent will control the rental, maintenance, repair and returnof property, construction equipment and vehicles. The Logistics Coordinatorwill spend 75% of his time in the site office and the remaining 25% in thefield. Construction site located in Beaupré, Québec.

5 to 7 years of experience on large-scale projects(in renewable energies (an asset)
Excellent communication skills, capable of buildingand maintaining harmonious working relationships;
Excellent team management and conflict resolutionskills;
High geographic mobility;
Valid driving license;
A varied knowledge of construction machines (anasset);
Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook

What you will do to complete this mission successfully :

Receive goods and check their quality beforestorage or distribution on site;

Efficiently organize the shipping of products;

Monitor stock levels;

Implement management and monitoring tools forlogistics activity, such as dashboards;

Avoid additional costs by keeping an eye onpossible price changes and fluctuations in delivery costs;

Define and deploy corrective actions in the eventof a malfunction in overall logistics on site;

Coordinate and implement logistical action plans;

Anticipate any delivery delays by planning themanagement of transport and the stakeholders involved;

Ensure the application of standards and proceduresin force in the sector of activity;

Select suppliers and subcontractors with whom tonegotiate advantageous contracts;

Plan equipment needs based on the needs of the siteteam in collaboration with the superintendent and the foreman;

Plan and schedule delivery applications;

Manage the fleet in coordination with the regionallogistics coordinator;

Updating and monitoring the database with therequired equipment and tools;

Create and maintain the equipment model (forecast)for all equipment suppliers;

Ensure that the site has all the necessaryequipment to carry out the work;

Manage repairs and return of assets.
