SUMMARY

The General Repair Technician III - Roving is responsible for operating the facility including but not limited to mechanical other supporting systems; performing structured inspections preventative and corrective maintenance routine and on-demand services on facility mechanical equipment and other systems. The Technician III Stationary is also responsible for performing work in accordance with established processes and practices and for complying with internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental health and safety fire protection.

This role will work in collaboration with all key BGIS departments to ensure full support of all activities and play a key role in our INTEGRATED approach to operating buildings.

This is a regular full-time position with a salary range of $54185 - $67732 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidates competencies including but not limited to experience education and performance related to this role.
