Your role as a detail-oriented Quality Coordinator involves assisting the Quality Manager in implementing the organization's quality management strategies. You will provide quality support from planning through completion of processes.
Responsibilities
- Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to quality issues
- Identify and record quality problems
- Analyze statistical data as required
- Assist in quality internal audits
- Resolve any issues and discrepancies
- Work cross‑functionally with internal business units and coordinate with external clients
- Comply with the company’s rules and regulations
- Coordinate quality training sessions as required
- Maintain quality records
- Document quality control policies
- Implement quality improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, computer science, mathematics, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Quality Coordinator, Quality Assurance, or a similar role in consulting services
- Proficiency interpreting statistics and research data
- Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate
- In‑depth knowledge of the quality process and Quality Management Systems
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015
- Attention to detail, strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to make last‑minute decisions effectively
- ASQC certification (preferred)
- Advanced English proficiency
