Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in IT support, help desk, or technical assistance
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and commonly used business applications
- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication abilities and a customer-oriented attitude
- Capability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
- Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus

Deliver first- and second-level technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheralsDiagnose hardware, software, network, and application challengesAddress support inquiries through our ticketing system, email, and face-to-face interactionsInstall, set up, and maintain Windows and macOS platformsProvide support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)Onboard new users, manage permissions, and oversee user account maintenanceKeep clear documentation of issues, solutions, and procedural standardsElevate complex problems to senior IT personnel or external vendors as neededAssist with system upgrades, backups, and basic security dutiesCompany :
